Have you read these books yet?

Since the start of the quarantine, all of us have been staying at home, juggling our usual routines and our time for ourselves. This looks like a perfect time for book lovers to finish their TBR (to-be read) pile and get more inspiration through reading. This scenario isn’t foreign to some famous people, and Kathryn Bernardo is one of those who spent more time reading books.

Kathryn Bernardo’s quarantine reads surfaced on her Instagram account when she first posted her thoughts after finishing Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom. She writes, “Thank you, Morrie... Thank for sharing your knowledge—or rather, your life lessons—into this beautifully written book. I could almost hear his voice as I went through each page. Now I totally get why they call this book “life-changing." Ugh, I dont think I'll ever get over it!”

Fans and other celebrities wrote their sentiments over the mentioned book as well. In Kathryn’s next posts, another Mitch Albom book appeared – The Five People You Meet In Heaven. For her, the book taught her to have more trust in God. She shares, “Certain things happen that make us question life—whether good or bad—and most of the time, we don’t get the answers we're looking for right away. But you just have to trust Him. Because He puts certain people in our lives for a reason. YOU are in this world for a reason. WE all have our purpose. OUR lives are all interconnected. We just don't have all the answers...yet.”

After this book, Kathryn opted to read its sequel – The Next Person You Meet In Heaven. She recommends reading Mitch Albom books to her followers, saying that she had “another set of learnings. Another heartfelt story. @mitchalbom, you are an amazing storyteller. I am officially obsessed with your books.”
