For those who feel lost right about now.

Life can be an uphill climb with twists and turns, but when you reach the top, you’ll have the view of the world as your prize.

No dream is too small nor too big. It may be a tough climb, but with a little bit of perseverance, patience, faith and A LOT of hard work, you will definitely get there. Take it from people like Oprah Winfrey, Selena Gomez, Arnold Schwarzeneggar, Justin Bieber, Simon Cowell, and Mark Zuckerberg. They never gave up, and it absolutely paid off!

Oprah Winfrey

Oprah Winfrey is known for being a philanthropist aside from being a beloved host, but before her global success, she was born to a teenage mother and was raised by her maternal grandmother. There were times when Oprah had to wear makeshift potato sack dresses due to financial challenges.

After a while, Oprah landed a job at a local radio station. And finally, in 1986, she was offered to host a self-titled TV program “The Oprah Winfrey Show” which aired successfully for 25 seasons! This has opened a multitude of doors of opportunities for her. From wearing potato sack dresses to being worth billions of dollars, Oprah has definitely turned her luck around and is now able to do the same for others.

Selena Gomez

Selena was born to a 16-year-old kid Mandy, who worked three jobs to provide for her daughter. Selena’s parents separated when she was just a kid and soon, they faced financial struggles. There were even instances when they would look for coins in order to buy gas for their car. After a while, Selena got cameo and recurring roles on Disney Channel, until she finally won the lead role ofAlex Russo in “Wizards of Waverly Place.”

From that point, Selena was catapulted to the center of the showbiz industry. In the blink of an eye, the new teen queen had hit singles, movies, a clothing line, and even managed to be an executive producer for “Thirteen Reasons Why”. She’s proven herself over and over again, and she just keeps surprising us with what she can do.

Arnold Schwarzenegger

This Austrian-American actor was born on July 30, 1947. He grew up in Austria with an abusive father who was said to favor his older son over Arnold. Later on, Arnold went on and made his dreams of becoming a bodybuilder come true.

He soon won the title of Mr. Olympia, and propelled himself to a highly successful showbiz and political career. Hats off to you, Mr. “Governator”!

It's time to get down to business. Don't miss the current issue of @cigaraficmag - I talk about @apprenticenbc and life.

Justin Bieber

Justin may have skyrocketed to the top of the music industry with hits like “Baby” and “Despacito”, but his life has not always been this glamourous.

He was raised by a single mom, and they lived a life far from ideal. Reportedly, the Biebs lived in a rat-infested home. They were often low on funds for the bare necessities, until one day *POOF* Justin Bieber got his shot at fame and hit a bull’s eye! Despite all the haters, his fame and fortune has turned his life around 180° and no one can deny the talent he has.

Simon Cowell

This reality show judge is known for his trademark blunt demeanor on TV shows like American Idol and The X-Factor. It has been reported time and again that he had a hard time getting along with colleagues and bosses at work when he was younger, so he finally ended up getting a job in the mailroom at his father’s company, EMI Music Publishing. Eventually, he formed Fanfare Records, but the company went bankrupt in 1989. It wasn’t until he worked as an A&R consultant for BMG that his career really took off and he became one of the most famous moguls in the music industry.
